Born in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, Rick has cultivated a rich background in various fields, aligning perfectly with the organization's mission to support individuals and families transitioning to stable living.

Rick's involvement in sports and extracurricular activities during his early years was notable. He lettered in football and basketball and received a State Farmers Certificate from the Future Farmers of America, highlighting his commitment and versatility from a young age.

Professionally, Rick has amassed extensive experience across multiple trades and industries. His skills range from carpentry, mechanics, and welding to fabrication, electrical work, and millwright operations. Rick has built houses, garages, and storage buildings and has designed, built, installed, and maintained industrial machinery. His electrical expertise includes troubleshooting, repairing, and designing single-phase and three-phase electrical systems for industrial machinery. As a certified welder, Rick has designed, fabricated, and installed a variety of steel components.

Rick has also excelled as a Safety Director, overseeing all safety training and implementing comprehensive safety programs. His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of numerous industrial processes.

Rick's roles have included Minister of Education, Executive Pastor, and Certified Transitional Pastor. He is also a Certified Church Planter and has contributed significantly to church administration.
